My seminars and workshops are great for getting to grips with understanding what stress is really all about, and ways to control it.
But there are times when confidential one-to-one coaching, between you and me is the best option. When you work with me directly, we begin by fully understanding the nature of your stress, and look at the specific stressors that are causing you mental and physical anguish.
We’ll discuss the four barriers to stress, and what you can change in your life to drastically reduce your stress levels. We can then draw up a list of priorities in terms of addressing the stressors you can work on in order to help you manage your stress more effectively. During this time we’ll also look at the importance of mindset, and how a particular way of thinking can dramatically change your whole approach to stress – and to your life.
I take on a limited number of private clients each year, and my fees vary depending on how you want to work. My preference is to work face-to-face, but if you prefer other options, then let’s talk.
