Stress is Normal

Stress is a normal and necessary part of life.

In this video I explain the benefits of having a manageable level of stress.

Hello, I’m The Stress Master,

My name is Ches Moulton.

If you get value from this video…please Give it a “thumbs Up”…and if you’re new here…subscribe to the channel…leave a comment… and please…remember to click the bell so you’ll know when I post more videos designed to help you get control of your stress. Once and for all.

In a career that has spanned 25 plus years I’ve seen and read many books, and attended numerous seminars and workshops dealing with the subject of stress.

Pretty much all of them have been a complete disappointment. They failed to explain what stress is really all about. They offered some of the most ridiculous solutions in trying to, in their words, ‘get rid of stress’. Without a certain amount of stress, you would die.

I’ve heard so-called stress ‘experts’ advocate drinking cups of herbal tea, going for long walks, chanting positive affirmations about yourself while clutching crystals, buying pot plants to help you relax…it’s an endless list of ideas that have nothing to do with stress. The lack of herbal tea didn’t cause your high stress levels – and it certainly won’t lower them.

The methods I cover in dealing with stress are based on helping people in all walks of life take practical, sensible and successful steps to controlling stress.

Stress helps you make choices, develop plans, change your behaviours and begin new activities. Stress gives you energy and can help you be your very best. Controlled stress can help you to be innovative, efficient and productive.

But…there’s that other stress. The kind that is debilitating, negative, energy sapping and sleep depriving.

Higher than normal levels of stress, consistent over time, is out of control. It can be destructive to your career, your relationships, and your life. Uncontrolled stress is disruptive to your life and your career. It produces deterioration in emotional and physical health. Elevated levels of stress will diminish your thinking, alter your emotions and transform your behaviour. Unrestrained stress has the potential to change your personality, cause depression and even suicidal thoughts.

Throughout my career I’ve been successfully helping people understand what stress is all about and providing ideas, tips, and techniques about how to control it.

If you need to get your stress under control, and would like to discuss how I can help you, contact me today and arrange a discovery session.

Additionally, if you need a speaker for one of your events, then send me an email at ches@thestressmaster.com
