Ancestors and Stress

Stress…when used properly can be a game changer and even a life saver

In this video I’ll explain the built in stress mechanism that goes to work for you just when you need it the most.

My name is Ches Moulton.

I’m The Stress Master.

Now…Take a moment and imagine… You’ve returned to a time… to a period thousands of years ago, when people lived in caves. You’re roaming the jungle dressed in traditional cloths and furs, and carrying some weapons like spears and a club. Your day, so far, has been routine. Nothing more than the usual cave politics and the never-ending problems with the in-laws. Nothing you can’t handle.

Suddenly, you round the bend in the path, and there it is…a tiger…not your ordinary tiger… a saliva drooling, angry looking, hungry tiger.

Immediately…you experience something called the fight-flight-freeze response. It is aptly named because now you have to make a choice: stay and do battle ( the fight part), you can run like the wind (the flight part), or remain, blend in and assess your options, (the freeze part)

Your body, armed with this automatic stress response, prepares you to do one or the other. You are ready for anything. You are wired.

Back here in the 21st century…What is your Tiger? and…What will you do?

If you’d like to discuss how I can help you with your Tigers, contact me today and arrange a discovery session.
