Greener Grass?

Can you suffer consequences of past events or actions?

Yes!

Can you seek to achieve “more” for yourself?

Of course!

But doing so creates a trap which is difficult to escape.

In this video I talk about how to fertilise your mind so the grass is greener on all sides and howe that will help you get control of your stress.

Hello, I’m The Stress Master,

My name is Ches Moulton.

If you get value from this video…please Give it a “thumbs Up”…and if you’re new here…subscribe to the channel…leave a comment… and please…remember to click the bell so you’ll know when I post more videos designed to help you get control of your stress. Once and for all.

You are angry/sad/resentful/frustrated/_______(fill in the blank), about the past.

Also, you worry about the future!

What are you missing?

You’re missing Living

You’re missing Living in the Now. You’re missing the happiness of the moment,

I didn’t say don’t plan for the future or not to take measures to avoid trouble in the future.

What I did say by contrast is that waiting for something better “over there” is only going to rob you from living and enjoying Life Now.

I know people who postponed most of their life. “I’ll do it later” they say. “I’ll do this and get that first and after that and only then will I be be happy.”

I’ll only believe it when I see it.

Many of these people have unwittingly manufactured a stressful life for themselves, caught between the ambition to succeed and the fear of moving forward.

What’s holding you back…regret of the past or fear of the future?

If you’d like to discuss how I can help you, contact me today and arrange a discovery session.

Additionally, if you need a speaker for one of your events, then send me an email at ches@thestressmaster.com

Here’s to mastering your stress.
