Self Saboteur

We all do it; some more, others a bit less.

In this video I talk about how we sometimes sabotage ourselves in spite of our best efforts…and how to change direction and control your stress.

Hello, I’m The Stress Master,

My name is Ches Moulton.

If you get value from this video…please Give it a “thumbs Up”…and if you’re new here…subscribe to the channel…leave a comment… and please…remember to click the bell so you’ll know when I post more videos designed to help you get control of your stress. Once and for all.

Stop your self-sabotaging thoughts, emotions and behaviour. Recognise what’s happening.

Have you been struggling with a specific goal and it’s not working out? What setbacks have you encountered? Evaluate the situation. Is there a significantly high number of obstacles that have arisen for this particular goal?

Could you have made different choices? If so, you may be self-sabotaging yourself.

Spend time in quiet reflection and analysis. Ask yourself what you’re afraid of. What uncertainties? What makes you feel uncomfortable about this goal? For what reasons would you try to hold yourself back?

Using a journal to explore these questions and answers can help. Writing helps you connect with the deepest part of yourself. It might take time and practice, but exploring these possibilities can dramatically help you to get out of the self-sabotage rut.

Clarity and insight about outcomes you want to create, and awareness for potential setbacks, can stop the self-sabotage. You’ll look back one day and see that instead of being your own worst saboteur, you have become your best supporter.

When you understand you are in control of your own success, you will be free from all limitations!

If you’d like to find out how I can assist you to make those necessary changes happen. contact me today and arrange a discovery session.
